I went An Got A Frosty It Was Delicious As Always

Really decant good food and good service and clean

We ordered a lot of food, my two items were messed so I ran back in to hand to my boyfriend and let him know they weren't plain (I'm super picky, I know) and they whipped out new ones super quick and gave us a bunch of free frosty keytags. Awesome service. Was not expecting anything.

15 min before close and they made me a fresh spicy chicken sandwich! 😊

Our cashier today in drive through, the manager referred to her as "Sunshine", was trying her best to make sure we got our food quickly, she wore a smile the whole time. Our food was great. The woman who was taking the orders was watching her struggle and then when the manager told her that "Sunshine" needed help her response was that it was time to start looking for a new job. Coincidentally, I completely agree with her, there is no reason to come to work and display that sort of attitude in front of the customers. I would normally make a review like this on the corporate site, but I didn't get a receipt to reference.

Always happy to eat here. Man their chicken is good. All around I give an A+.

Very clean restaurant. Fast service. Great food.

Staff was friendly, knowledgable and very helpful. They patiently answered all of my questions about some of their menu items. Once my order was placed, my food was ready promptly, my order was perfectly cooked and nothing was missing or forgotten. Parking was ample, with several tree shaded spots available to block out some of the Florida heat. The restaurant and restrooms were clean and sanitary and the tables in the lobby were clean and are nicely spaced so you don't feel like you are elbow to elbow with other diners. I highly recommend stopping by here to eat the next time you are in the area. The Baconator fries are definitely my new favorite menu item and I highly recommend them if you are in the mood for something filling, indulgent and generously sprinkled with crumbled bacon. Enjoy!

It was okay. The customer service was great although the girl in training wasn't being trained properly. Seems like they just pushed her into doing drive thru without the proper training. Luckily I'm a very patient and understanding person, so I didn't mind at all.

Food was great. Cashier was very friendly

Service was sadly lacking. Food was of average quality and taste. Took much longer to receive my order and I recommend not using their order ahead feature of the Wendy's app. This location was in no way prepared to accommodate or provide my order. The only duty manager had no idea they were doing online or app orders.

Drive thru. Did not salt the fries. I like salt on my fries. Shouldn't have to discover later that they are not salted and have already gone from the restaurant.

Although they are best-known of course for their square burgers, they are making a lot of Headway in the realm of pretty good salads these days! I had the Mediterranean salad today and, after substituting the chicken and blue cheese with a couple of scoops of guacamole, I ended up with a salad that was really great! So even a vegan can eat at Wendy's nowadays!

This place has poor service unless Ms. Gilyard is there or the other male manager. Just look at the split burger meat and the excess ketchup in one spot on this Jr. Cheeseburger pictured.iiii

Food is usually well made. If not, the management actually cares and tries in every aspect of their duties. Most staff is pleasant and friendly. Most.

Good hot food extremely clean but a little slow behind the counter

Food was great! Employees were nice. However, it would be nice to receive my drink without the outside of the cup covered in soda.

Staff act like a family which is nice to see, nice people. 4 stars because of slower service but it was still better than expected. People went out of their way for us. Bathroom could be cleaner though.

It's always great to get nuggets and burgers from here when you're in a hurry. Recently the wait time has been a little slow but it's getting better. My only complaint over time has been my fries not being hot and my strawberry lemonade having too much pulp to be able to taste actual juice. Kind of like a slushie but instead of ice you have a feathery texture in your mouth and hitting the back of your throat. Other than that I come here frequently because my usual menu items are served hot and hits the spot after a long work day.

It was yummy! Great service. The cashier was taking orders and making trays before the person in front even paid. She even knew final totals before ringing them up!!! It was brilliant! Lol

Nice restaurant, very clean, employees were nice and courteous.

We went thru the drive-thru. Super friendly staff, always had a smile! We each got a #1 but had it special (no onions, only ketchup, that sorta thing), had to wait a minute for fresh fries.... But who doesn't want hot fresh 🍟😋 And the best part was they put each meal in a separate bag which was super handy!

We ordered chicken nuggets and french fries, which both were hot and fresh. My chicken snack wrap was really good too. HOWEVER, the service was terrible! They were slow through the drive-thru and the staff was very short and rude! At least the food tasted good!
